After joining the Marketing Panel in 2024, Mayara Castro returned in 2026 as a curator, contributing to the program's development and speaker selection, while also taking the stage to discuss Strategic Leadership and Relationship Intelligence in the age of AI.

RIO INNOVATION WEEK

For our debut at Rio Innovation Week, Latin America's largest innovation conference, we were invited not only to join the conversation, but to help shape it.

We conceived and led a panel on Connection & Community Building, exploring the growing role of human relationships in an increasingly disconnected world and why brands that foster belonging create stronger impact.

We also moderated a conversation on Design for Sustainability, challenging traditional approaches to sustainability communication and highlighting how creative thinking can drive meaningful transformation.
